"Holy Spirit is a warm, vibrant school community.
The children and staff have such positive and caring relationships, and that
shines through in the students results, children’s well-being and day to day
interactions. Families are always encouraged to be an active part of creating
this supportive culture, and feel valued and welcome. I send my children to
school knowing they are happy and engaged in their learning." - M.L.
"We have been part of the Holy Spirit School Community now for 6 years.
Right from the start we have always felt embraced, included and
supported, not just the child/children at the school, but their younger
siblings and ourselves as parents. The amazing, friendly and approachable
staff at the school; the administration staff, teachers, teachers aides
and, support staff are always so approachable and willing to help. The school's
positive focus on learning and spiritual life has been exceptional and
helped nurture our children through their educational journeys so far, and
I know they will take that experience forward in life with them. The
families that help to make up the school community have always been so
wonderfully supportive and always willing to help each other out. I
also love how much support we have gotten over the years when issues have
arisen. The teachers are always there to offer advice and to help us get
the assistance that is needed. The African proverb: 'It takes a
village to raise a child’ is not only true, but Holy Spirit School really
has been that village for our family." - A.D.
"During our 5 years at Holy Spirit School, our children have met wonderful friends and enthusiastic teachers who continue to enhance the whole experience. From the Principal to the teachers, office staff, teacher aides and the gardeners, all are very welcoming. We have been so impressed with the thought, time and energy the teachers put into their classroom and teaching and would like to express our gratitude." - B.C.
“Our family has felt welcomed and part of the Holy Spirit community from our initial prep interview. We are very thankful for all the support our children have received from their teachers, school officers, learning support and the leadership team. The caring, supportive and accepting environment our children are nurtured in, is very much appreciated. Our children love going to school and we know when they arrive, there is a team of people who care about them as individuals both in and outside the classroom." - C.T.
