Enrolment

At Holy Spirit School we value the opportunity to meet with new parents and their children. It is the important starting point for the home – school relationship that supports your child in their developing education.

Interviews are held with a member of the school Leadership team and ensures both parties have the opportunity to ask questions they may have in regard to enrolment at our school.

​In keeping with Brisbane Catholic Education policy and practices, the following guidelines are adopted in prioritising enrolment applications:

  • The child is the brother of sister of a child already enrolled at Holy Spirit School.

  • Catholic families contributing towards the life and worship of the Catholic community.

  • Children of families of other faiths who are supportive of the Catholic ethos.

  • The child is not baptised and lives in the local area.

To enrol at Holy Spirit School, please click on the Online Enrolment Form link. You will need to enter the required details, and submit the form.

Once submitted, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your application. This email will also request you to provide a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate (if applicable). A non-refundable $60.00 enrolment application fee is payable and is able to be paid by clicking here to pay the Enrolment Application Fee

Enrolment into our Prep Program

Applications for enrolment into our wonderful Prep program can be submitted at any time and will be kept on file until the year before your child is of age to commence Prep.

Interviews will be held in Term 1 of the year before your child is due to start Prep. A member of staff will contact you to organise your interview time.

Letters of offer are sent shortly after the interviews have been completed. If there is not a place available, your child may be placed on a waiting list.​

Enrolment into other year levels

If you are wanting to enrol your child during the school year, or to commence in the following year, please apply via the Online Enrolment link. Once submitted, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your application. A non-refundable $60.00 enrolment application fee is payable and is able to be paid by clicking on the Enrolment Application Fee link.

As well as a providing a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and Baptism Certification (if applicable) you will be asked to provide a copy of your child's most recent Report Card, and a copy of any additional documentation that will assist in the enrolment process.

After lodging your application, you will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with your child.​
