Enrolment

​​​​​​At Holy Spirit School we value the opportunity to meet with new parents and their children. It is the important starting point for the home–school relationship that supports your child in their developing education.

Interviews are held with a member of the school Leadership Team and ensure both parties have the opportunity to ask questions they may have regarding enrolment at our school.

The enrolment procedure states: A process of discernment regarding the offer of enrolment places must be undertaken by each school/college, establishing clear criteria for prioritising applications based on the availability of positions. Each application must be judged on its merit, with priority normally given to:​

  1. Catholic students and applicants from Catholic families (noting that our ecumenical schools/colleges support families who wish to actively develop their faith within a contemporary Christian community);
  2. A sibling of a current or past student of the school/college
  3. A student from a BCE Catholic primary or secondary school
  4. A student from other Catholic schools or kindergarten managed by Catholic Early EdCare (if relevant)
  5. Applicants from families from another or no faith tradition who are willing to commit to the values of the school/college and who are willing to support and contribute positively to the life of the school/college.

To enrol at Holy Spirit School, please click on the Online Enrolment Form link. You will need to enter the required details and submit the form.

Once submitted, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your application. This email will also request you to provide a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate (if applicable). A non-refundable $60.00 enrolment application fee is payable and can be paid by clicking here to pay the Enrolment Application Fee.​

Enrolment in our Prep Program

Applications for enrolment into our wonderful Prep program can be submitted at any time and will be kept on file until the year before your child is of age to commence Prep.

Interviews will be held in Term 1 of the year before your child is due to start Prep. A member of staff will contact you to organise your interview time.

Letters of offer are sent shortly after the interviews have been completed. If there is not a place available, your child may be placed on a waiting list.​

Enrolment into other year levels

If you want to enrol your child during the school year or to commence in the following year, please apply via the Online Enrolment link. Once submitted, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your application. A non-refundable $60.00 enrolment application fee is payable and can be paid by clicking on the Enrolment Application Fee​ link.

As well as providing a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and Baptism Certification (if applicable) you will be asked to provide a copy of your child's most recent Report Card and a copy of any additional documentation that will assist in the enrolment process.

After lodging your application, you will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with your child.​
